Bella B Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking information will be sent to you directly when your order is fulfilled.
- All orders are considered custom made and undergo processing before shipment. Timeframes vary per item.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
- Please allow 10-20 business days of shipping.Due to high volume, and custom shipping delays.
- Please allow up to 10-20 business days for processing and shipping during BLACK FRIDAY/CyberMonday sales and promotions.***Please note: This does not apply to custom invoice orders, we will notify you of the processing and shipping time before placing your order, and your invoice will be sent to you directly.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes - Billing and shipping must be the same or order will be cancelled.

- Once your order is placed all sales are FINAL.
- Business days are considered Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. All orders placed over the weekend or Federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.
- Order processing is completed in the order in which they are placed in our system. As we cannot expedite orders.
COVID-19
Due to COVID-1, please expect possible delays with processing and shipping may take an additional 5-10 business day. To protect our staff, we will not be able to accept return shipments – there will be no return or exchanges allowed.
